We manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties across the UK, with particular focus on Birmingham and the Greater Midlands. We understand that every client will have different needs and so whether you are landlord with one property or a portfolio of properties we will work with you and look to achieve maximising your revenue, increasing the value of your asset and stay compliant, whilst carrying out cost saving exercises.

 

Our objective is to find efficiencies for client Landlords by maintaining building fabric, increasing asset value and working closely with building occupiers. Our property management service involves rent and insurance monies collection, managing service charge budgets and implementing Health and Safety obligations. In addition we negotiate licences for alterations and assignment as well as agreeing deeds of variation on behalf of our clients.
